We’ve narrowed down our top four up and coming neighbourhoods in Ottawa.

Hintonburg/ Mechanicsville

Hintonburg and Mechanicsville may not scream potential on the outside but due to shifting infrastructure in the neighbourhood this is a location to watch. Nestled between downtown and Westboro this neighbourhood is sometimes looked over but with it’s proximity to the new LRT stop being built at Tunney’s Pasture, this is a hidden gem! Could this be the next hot spot for homeowners and renters?

Carleton Square

This location is packed with investor potential. Located in and around Meadowlands Drive East and Fisher Avenue this spot is near the Carleton University campus and Mooney’s Bay. Did you know there are approximately 30 thousand students enrolled at Carleton!

With the proximity to campus, a key demographic here are students, more specifically student rentals. If you are looking to purchase an investment property with high cash flow potential, this is your Ottawa neighbourhood.
