Nepean is well known for its family-oriented community and there are many quality public, private, and Catholic schools, Montessori’s, daycares, and early childhood centres available for children. In addition, Algonquin College is also located in Nepean and easily accessed at Baseline Station. The VIA rail station at Fallowfield is one of the city’s two train stations.
