Ray Otten, Broker

As a Business Partner since 2001, Ray contributes over 18 years of real estate expertise, extensive market knowledge and experience to the Renaud Otten Team.   He strives to offer the best real estate services with his team of exceptionally trained agents. Ray is constantly improving systems and raising the bar of excellence to ensure the Renaud Otten Team exceeds all our clients’ expectations. Ray is responsible for the day to day operations of the team and has a wealth of knowledge in staging your home, timing your sale for maximum value, proper market positioning and current market trends.
 
A family man at heart, Ray has been a resident of the Ottawa area since 1967 and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and three children.

John Donald, Sales Representative

John joined the team in 1998 and brought with him over 16 years of contract negotiating experience. John focuses 100% of his energy on selling homes for top dollar and securing the very best homes for our clients. John will work one-on-one with you from the time you call the Renaud Otten Team until your home is SOLD or your dream home is FOUND! He is a sharp negotiator with complete knowledge of the current, highly competitive market. Gloria Bannister Hanrath, Sales Representative

Christine Deeble, Sales Representative

Beginning her career in real estate in 2000-2001, Christine has been dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible. Christine will help you find that special home, in the perfect neighbourhood, at a price that's right. With previous federal government experience as a manager of communications for Canadian Armed Forces Housing Authority, Christine knows what it takes to help her clients find the right home.

Alicia Corner, Sales Representative

Alicia is enthusiastic and eager to help you find a home or sell your existing one. Having a high level of customer service, she is dedicated to ensuring your 100% satisfaction. Alicia comes from upper level management in the restaurant industry. From this experience she is an expert in time management. Alicia is also an avid member of the OSSC sports and recreation club. When working with Alicia a portion of every sale is donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Jennifer Wright, Office Manager

Jennifer is a licensed Sales Representative who joined the team in 2001. She utilizes her extensive knowledge of the industry to support and train The Renaud Otten Team. Jennifer handles the team's sales transactions and her goal is to ensure a smooth & stress-free closing process. She is available to assist our buyers and sellers with any questions or concerns they may have, making their real estate experience a pleasurable one.
 

Jon Miseferi, Marketing Coordinator

Jon's responsibilities include all aspects of marketing. His main goal is to identify, satisfy and keep our clients by creating strong customer relationships and adding value for the clients. With previous experience interning at firms in New York City, Jon brings elements of graphic design, copywriting, and branding to the table. His main priority is marketing your home effectively and making the process of selling your home efficient and easy!

Jordan Miseferi, Listing Coordinator
