Lynn is a seasoned member of the team with over 11 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She is responsible for maintaining all of our listings including open houses and the Renaud Otten Team home tour. In addition, Lynn focuses on the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as newspaper advertising, direct/bulk mailings, special promotions and charitable donations. Her goal is to ensure that we provide a superior level of customer service and that our listed homes receive maximum exposure and lasting impact.

Lisa Lukach

Closing Manager & Office Administrator

There are a myriad of complex details involved in the closing process. Lisa's goal is for you to experience a smooth and stress-free closing process. Lisa's exceptional customer service skills & years of experience will ensure that all of your questions are answered, making your home selling experience a pleasurable one!

Jennifer Wright

Client Services Administrator

Jennifer is a licensed Sales Representative & seasoned team member who utilizes her extensive knowledge of the industry to support & train our Buyer Representatives. She keeps the team abreast of new changes in the industry & is also well informed of all of our Buyer's needs. In addition she provides administrative support to the team during the evenings and she is available to assist our buyers and sellers with any questions or concerns.

 

Darlene Loyer

Administrative Assistant

Darlene supports the marketing/listing department by photgraphing each property and by developing and implementing all virtual tours for the website.  This ensure that each client's property gets maximum exposure.  Darlene also coordinates our Moving Truck Reservation System.  You may also see her from time to time driving the Renaud Otten Smart Car.

Raymond Schingh

Client Services Representative

With his architectural background and over 10 years of sales expertise in the new home markets, Raymond's primary goal is to assist the Listing Department with service support of all our current properties listed for sale. You may have seen Raymond hosting open houses or driving through the area to another one of the Renaud Otten Team's listings.
