Home Inspections

No home is in perfect condition. We strongly recommend that you have your prospective new home inspected by an experienced Home Inspector to check for hidden defects (we suggest using professional engineers and technologists). An inspector will prepare a written report noting the conditions that are present and visible at the time of inspection. The report will give you a better understanding of the home's general condition and how things operate.

Typically, the inspection will include the following items:

This inspection will determine the condition of these items and any defects that may need to be corrected. The approximate cost of this service generally runs around $350.00.

Other tests and inspections that may be required include radon tests, well and septic inspections, and water potability tests-depending on location and type of residence.
